We make Wild East products to order.
That means your gear isn’t sitting in a warehouse collecting dust — it’s printed after you place your order, then packed and sent out to you.
Most orders are printed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, fulfilment may take a little longer. If there’s a serious delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the carrier’s current delivery network.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.
This can happen if items are fulfilled from different locations or require different production methods. If this happens, don’t stress — the rest of your order is still on its way.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange the next step.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your order seems unusually delayed, contact us through our Contact Form with your order number.
We’ll look into it and help sort out what’s happened.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damage.
We’ll make it right.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We stand behind what we sell and we’ll do our best to make things right.
